Your Name: Descriptive/Personal Name or Title of Account or Business Name
E-mail Address: The email address being setup (username@yourdomain.com)
Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3) – mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) – your internet providers SMTP
Login Information
User Name: - Your username for email account
Password: - Your password for email account.

Email Settings - Example 2
(this type of server allows users to send emails from our own servers instead of using the SMTP of their internet provider.
This is usefull if you are connecting from different places.)
